FAQ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CHARTER DURATION
All our charters are 8 hours, the departure times will be between 9 and 13 hours to be selected by the client during the reservation process.

If the client arrives after the stipulated departure time, no hours will be added to the time initially defined.
We will always return to port before nightfall, let us know if you want to see the sunset!
COMPLIMENTARY INCLUSIONS
All boats include VAT (Spanish tax) crew, insurance, snorkeling equipment.

Depending on the type of boat you choose, usually most of them include also complimentary drinks (water, soft drinks, beers, some wine, bubbles and ice)
Some snacks (olives, crisps, nuts..) - complimentary towels and SUP.
​
Ask for our premium drinks and snacks package, available on request!
BOOKINGS
The reservation will be effective once 50% of the charter is paid or 100% if you wish to pay it in full, the other 50% will be charged on the day of the charter before boarding.

HOW IS THE COST OF FUEL CALCULATED?
It is always calculated based on the navigation time and the price of fuel on the day of the charter.
WHERE WILL WE GO ON OUR CHARTER?
You can choose between the most popular and beautiful routes of the islands.

Although the most chosen route is usually to go to Formentera and Es Palmador, both on the eastern and western sides, we also recommend exploring the route to Es Vedrá, south of the island of Ibiza, or the northern route reaching Benirrás.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR CHILDREN?
No, all children, whatever their age, including newborns, are welcome on board. Always in the company of a responsible adult, we have life jackets for all ages.
CAN WE BRING DRINKS AND FOOD ON BOARD?
Yes of course. It is possible and usual for our clients to bring some extra drinks and also food if they wish. We recommend that you let us know so we can organise better your charter day.
WHAT IF DUE TO BAD WEATHER WE CANNOT MAKE THE CHARTER?
In the event that the weather conditions do not allow us to enjoy the day on the boat, we will take care of finding an alternative date or if this is not possible, we will make the corresponding refund.
