Welcome to Bliss Charter Ibiza. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any of our services.
GENERAL INFORMATION
By booking a charter with Bliss Charter Ibiza, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time and it is your responsibility to check for updates.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be completed prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods accepted by Bliss Charter Ibiza.
CANCELLATION POLICY
FULL REFUND: All bookings canceled at least 30 days prior to departure
75% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 30 and 14 days prior to departure
50% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 14 days and 7 days prior to departure
25% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 7 days and 24 hours before departure time
NO REFUND: All bookings canceled within 24 hours to departure time
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are accepted in the following formats:

Credit card: Visa, Master Card, AMEX (3.5% extra charge on all AMEX transactions)

CHARTER CONDITIONS

The client must arrive at the agreed departure point at the scheduled time.

Bliss Charter Ibiza reserves the right to cancel or modify the route due to weather, safety, or operational conditions.

The maximum number of passengers must not exceed the legal capacity of the vessel.
CLIENT RESPONSABILITES

Clients must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.

Any damage caused by the client or their guests to the boat or its equipment will be charged accordingly.

Illegal activities and possession of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden onboard.
INSURANCE
All vessels are covered by appropriate insurance. However, personal belongings are the responsibility of each guest, and Bliss Charter Ibiza is not liable for any loss or damage.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely to manage your reservation and provide the best possible service.
GOVERNING LAW
​These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
